Well this one was just a little bit special.

Leanne and Marc’s wedding was a celebration in the truest sense of the word. They didn’t want a day full of tradition, but instead wanted to do things their way. Victoria Warehouse in Manchester was the perfect setting for it.

Their ceremony room was one of the darkest yet most atmospheric rooms that I’ve ever photographed a wedding ceremony in. The aisle was lined with dozens of candles creating a beautiful romantic glow. (All room decorations on the day were superbly put together by Qube Events).

After the ceremony the rest of the of the day continued in the same way, with love, warm, and celebration. Witnessing the way they embraced each other and how their family and friends celebrated their love, was just too much fun to photograph.

After some really emotional speeches, the evening turned into a full on party (check out Marc and Leanne being bouncers at the door of the club!). They wanted party, and man did they party. When you’re taking photos of everyone dancing to dance music, and then a random saxophone player appears from nowhere to add some sax solos over the top…you know you’re at a good wedding!
